At Maternity World, not only do we want you to love our products as much as we do, we also aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com within 14 days of the shipping date indicating the reason for the return along with proof of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns on clearance sale items.
Items must be in original, unused, unwashed and re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging in tact. We do not accept back change of mind returns where the item has been used. Returned items that have been worn, damaged, or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Please ensure your items are returned with the receipt/packing slip which is included in your package to the return address provided via email. We can then organise an exchange, refund or store credit.
All refunds will be credited back via the payment method you originally paid with, less the original shipping fee. If you received free freight, then the amount of freight ($6.00) will be deducted from your refund.
We do not pay any additional shipping charges for you to return your item/s to Maternity World unless the goods are deemed faulty or not as ordered and it is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.

Clearance Sale Items
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on clearance sale items. All clearance sale items are deemed final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty in which case we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Maternity World cannot always guarantee availability of products as our stock is seasonal and most items we only have limited stock of. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please follow the instructions noted above for returns.
There is no additional shipping fee charged if you are exchanging an item when we send your new item out to you (with exception to overseas orders in which the original shipping charges will be applicable).
If you have indicated to exchange for an item that is sold out or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. It would be helpful if you can also indicate an alternate style, in case we cannot fill your first choice. If your exchange is above the price of the original order, we will need to contact you for payment via PayPal or bank deposit.
Store credits are issued in the form of online coupon codes that are valid for 12 months from issue and can be used toward future purchases. Store credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotional discount.
Very occasionally a product may develop a manufacturer's fault & we will do all we can to resolve this to your satisfaction.
We will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are not fit for the purpose described. Please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a satisfactory outcome.
