Maternity World operates on the following terms and by ordering from our website you agree to these terms:

Terms of Use

Maternity World takes every reasonable care to ensure that information provided is accurate and up to date, Maternity World cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies, however caused.

The information is provided to you “as is”, without express or implied warranty. Maternity World reserves the right to modify or withdraw the service in whole or in part, at anytime without notice.

Any typing or clerical error in regards to any price and/or offer of any product on the www.maternityworld.co.nz website or acceptance of any order shall be subject to correction.
 


Delivery

Delivery in New Zealand is usually within 1-5 working days of receipt of order unless otherwise specified in the product description.  Delivery times quoted are subject to change and product availability.  We will advise you if an order is to be delayed.  Please let us know if you require your purchase urgently and we will work with you try to ensure this happens.

We use CourierPost for all our New Zealand deliveries.

Our International parcels are sent by New Zealand Post and take between 7-21 working days to arrive.

We are unable to track International deliveries as we do in New Zealand. In the unlikely event your parcel goes missing we will do all we can to locate it.

Delivery Costs:

New Zealand $6.00 flat rate
Australia $10 flat rate
 


Payment

We accept payment by direct credit via internet banking and credit card via Paypal. After your order is submitted we will automatically send you an email with the internat banking details. Payment made via Internet Banking must be complted within 48 hours or orders will be cancelled and items returned to stock.  For customers that request to pay with credit card on the shopping cart, you will be transferred to a securely hosted page through Paypal.


Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% happy with the items you have ordered, please email us at sales@maternityworld.co.nz and let us know the reasons why you are not satisfied. If you return your order to us within 14 days of the shipping date, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price or exchange the goods for another item.  We DO NOT provide refunds for sale items, only a store credit that is valid for 12 months from issue date.  If the store credit is then used on full priced items that you end up returning, we will reissue the credit note for you.

Please Note:

We do not refund your freight costs.   If your order qualified for free freight we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund amount.

We will only accept goods returned with prior notification

We cannot accept any goods that have been worn, used, have their labels removed, altered or damaged.

We only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging.


We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery 
 


Pre-orders

If you pre-order an item you order will be shipped complete when the pre-ordered item arrives.  The estimated delivery time is specified on each pre-order item's product page. Pre-ordered items are subject to availability and you will be contacted as soon as possible if the item you pre-order is not available.

 

Out of Stock Items

All items including pre-ordered items that are listed on www.maternityworld.co.nz are subject to availability.  If your order is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise the expected delivery time or offer an alternative option if the item is unable to be sourced.


Price

Our current prices are displayed on the product detail page of each item and include 15% GST.

We reserve the right to vary the price list from time to time.  Previously advertised prices are superseded by those displayed on this website. Your order will not be processed until payment is received in full.


Lost Parcels

We send out an email to you when your order has been dispatched. Please contact us within 7 days of that date if your parcel has not been received so that we can lodge an enquiry with the courier service. We do not issue replacements or refunds for items that are lost in the post, until after the investigation and claim is completed by CourierPost.  
 


Privacy Policy

Maternity World does not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure web page to enter your payment details via a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This method ensures that the information submitted is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users.

Information is collected at the time of sale in order to complete the sale and deliver the items to you.  We also gather information (your name and email address) to join our database for newsletters.  You can opt out of this by choosing to ‘unsubscribe’ as soon as your first newsletter arrives and will be permanently removed from our database.  Maternity World will not share your personal information with any other third party. We will never disclose your email address or any other personal information to any third party.

Whilst all care is taken to offer a secure system we cannot provide a 100% guaranteed secure system. Please note, the information you provide is provided at your own risk.
